Yeah I'm sure. Where it's supposed to be under Smart Blur, it's not there. It's not even on the list at all. I don't have CS3 yet, I just have the regular CS.

Are you sure you dontt see it?
Because, I was using Photoshop CS3 for thatt, and I think they should be pretty similar.
